What is bugging you, write it down

Transfer those annoying thoughts in your mind to paper.

Let is occupy some physical space so that it can be observed and tackled.

Sometimes what we have in our mind doesn’t seem as scary when it is reduced to words on a paper.

Let writing be a therapy for you, a superpower not to escape but to confront your tricky thoughts.

The process of writing these thoughts enables you to put structure to your thinking, something less chaotic and more calming.

With calmness you see problems more clearly and with clarity you can act.

Journal to reflect on your days actions

We go through a lot in a day.

When journaling, it gives us a chance to take a step back, craft our thoughts and write down what is important to us.

In doing this exercise, you might find yourself being reminded of the obstacles that you managed to overcome which can provide you with confidence.
