Recognize People are at Different Levels
Acknowledge that people in data science range from complete beginner to expert. Link articles together to break down data science concepts in more digestible chunks. This was the reason I started a data science series where episodes can build on each other.
After building such a series however, I have realised the benefits of making posts independent. Viewers want articles to be self-contained and switching between articles can be tiresome.
Be Clear and Simple
Without clarity and simplicity we struggle to gain understanding and insight.
You might want to tailor more complex concepts to intermediates-experts in data science but you might be losing a large audience of beginners. It is important to keep your articles concise. With the dawn of ChatGPT, to differentiate yourself from tutorials built by such large language models, add videos and images to your articles for added clarity.
